Adult Content Generation: What Models Can Do and Where the Limit Is
The subject is surrounded by inflated expectations on one side and myths on the other. Strip both away and the picture turns out to be specific and, technically speaking, fairly dull.
What works reliably
A single figure in a static frame under comprehensible light. Here models have reached a level where telling the result from a photograph at a glance is difficult. Skin, shadow and the volume of a body are rendered convincingly.
Where difficulties begin
- Interaction between two or more figures — anatomy falls apart regularly
- Hands, the classic weakness, especially in contact with a surface
- Long hair in motion
- Fabric partly covering a body: the edges swim
- Any repeating elements: chains, lacing, mesh
Video is an order of magnitude harder than stills
Each individual frame may be flawless, but coherence between frames is a separate problem solved noticeably worse. That is why clips in this genre are usually short: over any distance the coherence breaks down.
On filters
Large public services do not generate this content — they filter both the request and the result. Work happens on specialised platforms or locally, and that creates a separate layer of questions: quality, privacy and legal standing vary enormously between them.
The real limit is not technical
A model does not check whether consent exists for the face it was handed. Only the human at the keyboard performs that check. In this field, what is technically possible and what is legally permissible diverge further than anywhere else.
